Budget
Your Special Happening can prepare an approximate budget according to the kind of ceremony and the number of services requested. If required, the clients can also receive a budget for possible accommodations precisely stated by them or chosen among those that are in Happening's rich accommodation gallery. Your Special Happening can take care of accommodation for the bride and groom and closest family members only or for a whole group of guests. Once the clients have approved the budget, Happening will check availability of the locations selected and, if requested, arrange an inspection visit. Your Special Happening does not sell “package” weddings. The final price depends mostly on the number of guests and services booked. A simple civil service without any extras can even cost less than 1000 Euro.
Official Contract
Your Special Happening is a legally recognized Italian company. Upon confirmation, clients will be required to sign a legal contract where Your Special Happening undertakes to assist them with their wedding plans and to be present the day of the wedding.
Payment Conditions
At the same time that the contract is signed, Your Special Happening requires a small deposit to secure and guarantee the booked services. The remaining payments can be made by credit card or by bank transfer or wire in two or three tranches, depending on the total budget amount.
