The Palace was projected by Arnolfo di Cambio and was built in 1299, in 1540 became the residence of the Medici family and was adorned by Vasari that realized the marvellous "Salone dei cinquecento", the "studiolo di Francesco I"; and added sumptuous frescos made by Ghiarlandaio, Bronzino, Francesco Salviati and by Vasari himself.

The wedding hall is called the Red Hall and once was part of the Lorenzo il Magnifico apartments.

Wedding days: Wednesday and Thursday morning and Saturdays upon request.
